Further duties will include:
- Event planning
- Managing office when needed
- Supervision of designated personnel
- Account keeping
- Acquiring any office supplies, personal items and other types of errands
- Monitoring expenses
- Sending out client invoices as required
- Liaising with accountant, keeping track of cost and billings, expense claims
- Monitoring all communications,
- Database entry and maintenance
- Travel if needed

- Desktop Publishing Degree
- The flexibility to frequently work extended hours
- A professional manner, organized and direct
- Excellent presentation skills
- A reliable and punctual nature
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and complete discretion
- Computer and internet literate
- Speak fluent Spanish
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
